Solar Do Castelo, a boutique hotel from the Hoteis Heritage collection, is now considered by Tablet Hotels as the hotel with the best service in the world, leading the ranking "Best Service Hotel"
The Tablet Hotels, established 10 years ago by Laurent Vernhes, aims to be "the cure for boring travel," according to its founder. Hotels are selected in this international site with total impartiality and the customer has access to a very limited selection of hotels. In essence it chooses hotels with character and obsessed with details. There’s no hotel that can be part of Tablet Hotels by invitation, and without first undergoing a rigorous evaluation process.
The Hoteis Heritage Lisbon are a small collection of charming hotels, owned by Portuguese families, which come up with the intention of promoting units located in historic buildings and old houses in the historic area of Lisbon, each with environments that combine all the present comfort with the history and character of the houses where they are installed.
